BLOG POST 4: INTERACTION

Interaction facilitates the teaching and learning process and can improve learners’ communication abilities. It describes how students connect with one another and with the teacher, as well as with the entire class [1]. In this blog post, I am sharing a youtube video the first video that will be suggested to the students to watch. “Python for Beginners” is the name of our pod Interactive Learning Design. It’s crucial for students to grasp the notion of interactions. In order to solve or tackle any software problem, programmers will need to connect with their peers. It’s useful for more than just coding. While having coding abilities is vital, students must first develop logic or algorithm that they will use to build a solution. The video below is only an introduction to what we mean when we say “python” and why it is so popular.

What is Python? [2]

Since this video is inherently interactive, students will be unable to complete the graded quiz if they skip it. Not only that, but students must understand why they wish to take the “Python for Beginners” course.

Students will view this video and, though it is brief, they will try to read the comments in order to have a better comprehension of it. A student is also asked to conduct more research on a Python career. Students are expected to conduct an additional study into resources such as open web apps and code hosting platforms in order to improve their technical knowledge and coding abilities.

I would advise students not to become anxious after reviewing 1000 lines of python code online. I would recommend them to embrace the fact that becoming a programming expert will take time and effort. I would urge them to follow the course’s flow and not skip any steps. I would encourage them to finish this course before moving on to a more advanced level of programming.

After watching the video, students will be permitted to take a graded quiz. That quiz will be broad in nature, with no technical or programming-related topics. It will be done through a Google quiz, and the instructor will evaluate students based on their right responses. They only need to be aware of what was mentioned in the videos before taking the quiz.

Ultimately, this video is only an introduction; every programmer must start from scratch; there is no alternative to becoming a programming expert. Patience, effort, and commitment are required.

I watched the whole video that you share. It is really useful for beginners to know what python is and get start on learning it. Your analysis of the video is also great, it gives me some sprit about how to make designs to make watchers understand easier. Good job!
